Healthy Life Bread

I get this bread at my local Kroger. Matter of fact Kroger is the only place I can find it. Each variety has a different carb count per serving but for the most part it is between 5 and 7 g per slice. For me that is awsome! I can have sandwiches without making my sugar go through the roof. I can have toast with my eggs again.

I love Kroge Ours just all closed. But I've found the bread at Walmart, ans Schnucks! I buy it for my whole family they haven't noticed a difference yet, as well as the hot and ham buns!

I have been using Pepperidge Farms Light Style 7 Grain Bread - readily available, good tasting, carb and calorie count good too. If you have a P.F. Thrift Store near you it's a plus!

I found it at Treasure Island and Jewel (called Albertson's in some states). I like Pepperidge Farms Light Style soft wheat bread. It has a sweeter taste, but only has about 8 grams of carbs per slice. I found it at Treasure Island, but you might also be able to find it at the Pepperidge Farms Thrift Stores.

sounds good…I hope its made it way to FL or at least a similar product in this small town. I used to buy thick sliced bread and toast it then take a thin knife and split it…drastic I know but the Thin or low carb ones are way out of site price wise. Thanks for sharing.

Pros

The pros are that I can have bread without doing myself any damage.

Cons

The cons are I can only find it at Kroger and the taste is only just ok.
