crispy, toasted granola with chocolate on one side. These are small squares that are 100% natural it says, and are 80 calories. The ingredients are good and bad. There are whole grain rolled oats, sugar, vegetable oil, rice flour, high maltose corn syrup (that is more sugar) cocoa and contains less than 2% of the following: honey, rice maltodextrin, salt, soy lecithin, milk, baking soda, malt extract, natural flavor.

They are good not to high in sugar orcarbs
I tried a sample at Costco and yes, it is very tasty! Too tasty!! I would get them if I'd eat only one square, but alas…
I really like Nature Valley bars as a whole and thanks for the pros and cons on this one! :0)
they do have pros and cons, but boy are those darn little thingd good lol
I personally enjoy all the varieties of the Nature Valley Granola family! You're right as far as the ingredients and I appreciate your candid opinion!
low in calories, great taste, whole grain rolled oats, low in fat only 4 grams per square no cholesterol, low in sodium, total carbs are 11.
Consless than 1 gram of fiber , only 1 gram of protein, the high maltose corn syrup, and the fact that they are too small really, if they had less sugar and more fiber would be much better of a snack. It doesn't sound very 'natural' to me. The Nature Valley granola bars I have been eating for years are more natural than this so I was disappointed over all.
