I love these! My favorite is the Caramel Coconut Fudge bars. They taste just like the Girl Scout caramel cookies, but are good for you!
The coconut bar as 35% of your daily fiber (9grams) They're 120 calories with 19 carbs (about 10 when you subtract the 9 grams of fiber) and 7 grams of sugar. And they are delicious!
I also like the peanut butter ones.

Yummy!
I have tried these but find they have too much sugar and carbs. Have you tried the "Atkins bars". I get mine at Walmart box of 5 bars bars for $5.00. they have bigger ones but they cost more. Any way the bar I have in front of me Has 1g of sugar, 4 net carbs and 10g of protein. And 11 g of fiber with only 160 calories. They are called "Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bar". I really don't even have to eat it , just saying that title is filling and satisfying.
You could eat a whole box of these and it would still only be 800 calories and 20 net carbs. You would have 55g of fiber and 50g of protein. Sounds like a full day of food for $5.00. Then have a reasonable dinner and you complete your entire day. I might even try this myself. A box of these bars replacing 2 meals, then a regular meal. Will let you know when I loss the first 50 lbs.!

What type of fiber?
I reallly love these bars because I can eat while on the run with them. I know I am eating healthy while not taking alot of time out of my day to snack on somthing or getting the urge to go to a fast food restraunt.

these are alot better than I thought they would be. They really taste good. Some taste like cardboard. I will buy them again
it helps that I have coupons for them. That makes them taste even better.
These are very tasty and easy to throw in your purse for emergency …

Not a good source of protein, but makes up for it in fiber.
