Add your reviewLove the high fiber version of this brand of Kellogg's cereal- It goes great with ice cold skim or 1% milk and strawberries as well!!
this was my fav find on the cereal aisle for a quick bkft in the am. great carb count and tones of fiber, tastes great too. I combine it with Almond milk from blue diamond 40cal for full cup and basically no carbs so very low carb meal to start the day off.
wait I knew that sounded familiar!! I rated it! I forgot about it. I could not remember which brand yes, it is good!!! There are other cinnamon oat cereal I tried too a while back. Got them confused. LOL
will hve to try that. I love cereal and always looked for a new one with that kind of nutrition that tastes good. I recently tried the new Kashi berry cereal and it is good.
It is good and the best part is you know it is good for your body.
