Love the high fiber version of this brand of Kellogg's cereal- It goes great with ice cold skim or 1% milk and strawberries as well!!

this was my fav find on the cereal aisle for a quick bkft in the am. great carb count and tones of fiber, tastes great too. I combine it with Almond milk from blue diamond 40cal for full cup and basically no carbs so very low carb meal to start the day off.

will hve to try that. I love cereal and always looked for a new one with that kind of nutrition that tastes good. I recently tried the new Kashi berry cereal and it is good.
