I love the vanilla! For more flavors I stir in smuckers sugar free jam. It's sooo good! It satisfies my sweet tooth.

Yes- Dannon Light and Fit really is a wonderfully nutritious and delicious yogurt to consumme- just watch out for hidden sugar and calories!

Very good yogurt. I keep my frigerator always stocked with this for a quick snack that is light and refreshing and good for me and my test numbers..

I've only ever eaten the Fiber One yogurts.. What is the best kind to keep BG's under control? I've never had a problem with Fiber One, but they only have 2 flavors I like (out of 4) a little variety would be nice.

I am going to have to try this yogurt. I normally buy the ones with fruit in them. Does it cause problems with levels?

They made an Apple Pie flavor for a while and now that I found how much I liked it, I can't find it anywhere. :)

I love the Dannon L&F Yogurt to death. Im usually in Target hoarding them up. However, some stores dont carry it for the same price so I usually buy the Axelrod 90 calorie yogurt which taste close to the L&F anyway. Other times I will buy the tube of the plain and toss a bit of granola when I cant get access to the L&F

I like Dannon yogurt as well, I will eat the light and fit. I really enjoy the greek yogurt they make. It is thick and smooth.
