It is a dvd that you jog to in place or around in your home. It is 30 min long but you have jog a mile long. I suguest that you use it after you have used her WALK AWAY THE POUNDS for a while because it had knot me on my tail and borught down my sugars.

I absolutely do this and it sure helps my testing #'s…Of, course I get out and walk ea day also.

Pros

It is good for you if you are adviance and can keep up. But you can always slow down and go at your own pace intill you can get into the rythem. And she has a band that you can work out the thighs.

Cons

The only con that I can see if it's not for you! But I feel that it's for everyone if you can keep up!
