It really works to lower your sugars, Ive been on it for the past 24 hours and it's has helped me alot. My sugar has ran in the 300 for months now, and just 1 day on this and I have 100 or less. A Health and Wellness doctor can give it to you. And I have started a diet that has did wonders for me.
