I find that these taste good and this particular bar has only 20g carbs, 6g protein, 4g fiber, 140 cal., and 5g fat. It has no trans fat. There is no cholesterol and it is low in salt. So this is a very good snack that I recommend. It is listed as 1 carb and 1 fat exchange by the ADA. This is what I eat most days for one snack, whether it is between b'fast and lunch or lunch and dinner. This bar has raisins, almonds, oats, rye, barley, sesame seeds, etc., all good stuff.

It is very tasty, filling, and has all very good, healthy ingredients. It has the fiber, protein, low carbs I need.
