I have been using a flexpen for a couple of years and it is handy and actually holds as much as a bottle of insulin. You set the measurements that your Dr gives you attach a disposable needle which is smaller than an regular needle.

I've been using the Levemir flex pen , after being on Lantus, which was a pain to play with the cartridges.
i use this pen and the only thing i dont like about it is i cannot seem to get the last 10 units out of the pen is anyone else having the same problem
I like this pen. I adjust it 3 to 6. Depending on my number at bedtime.
ProsDoesn't make you gain weight, handy, and works great!
ConsNone
I use the pen and I like it.
I love the flexpen! Makes things so simple-and easy to carry with you when you need to.
ProsSimple to use.
ConsNone.
Works wonderfully
Proseasy to use and has steadily decreased my fasting blood sugar levels
been using this for months now and it has helped me keep my count lower than it would be and it is a one time poke with the needle than 2 times each shot.
Prosone pen instead of 2 vials and 2 needles, can adjust the amount to keep the numbers down
Consexpensive
