This is a flavored sweet liquid to use when you have a drastic drop in your blood sugar and are alert enough to swallow the liquid. I have used this and it worked quickly, within a couple of minutes. It has at least 15 grams of sugar carbs in the 2 ounce bottle.Buy it over the counter near all other glucose/diabetic needs shelves.
