This is the new one touch meter. It has wireless connection the minmed pumps and immediately puts your BG into the insulin pump. We have been using it for a month and it is great.

Add your reviewVery similar to the BD logic link that came with my MiniMed Paradim 715 pump in January 2005. Reads blood glucose quickly, takes little blood, is a decent size, and links to insulin pump.
ProsSmall sample size.
ConsQuick results.
Links to pump.
No light.
Doesn't work in cold conditions.
The accuracy with any blood glucose monitor is questionable but this one has been pretty good. It works in conjunction with my insulin infusion pump saving a step of entering in a blood sugar amount as they connect to each other.
ConsNO BackLight - this is my only complaint about this monitor - when I get up in the middle of the night I have to turn on a light to test my blood instead of just turning on the monitor. I really miss the backlight.
I love it. It makes taking your blood and then coding your pump easy. I really miss it if I am some place and have to use my other meter
ProsYou can also code 2 of these into your pump if you have one at work and one at home.
nice to have info sent to pump and being able to view results under the 'utilities' feature on pump
ConsNO BACK LIGHT, and few choices to supplement results other then pre or post meal and few other medical readings
It is a great alternative to the CGMS that alot of people want and are having difficulties through insurance companies
