It is useful, and can print out how many you need. Makes it easy for the ones around you as well.

Pros

In case of an emergency, it will provide all your medical needs and you can put any info you want to provide.

Condition
Medications
Doctors
Contact Information, etc…

You can go back and add/delete information as often as you like.

Cons

It is paper, but you can buy laminating sheets to protect it.
