plain STRAINED greek yogurt from FAGE (pronounced "fah-yay") is a great low carb treat…my favorite is the Fage 0% w/honey!

Pros

Plain Fage 0% greek yogurt has a whopping 16 grams of protein and only 7 gr. of carbs. it is sooo smooth and creamy, and not at all bitter or tart. it's almost like a mix of a really thick sour cream and a creamy cream cheese. i typically get the FAGE 0% w/honey…the honey is dark amber and their are 14 g. protein and 30 g. carbs (16 net carbs). it is a fabulous snack or incorporated into a lunch or breakfast. the only ingredients are skim milk and honey (and of course the naturally occurring probiotics). definitely the best greek yogurt on the market!

Cons

if you like your yogurt a bit more "liquidy" Fage also has 2%, but after tasting the 0% I cannot go back!
