August 29, 2008 9:45 AM I don't recommend taking more of any vitamin that is your daily requirement unless your doctor tells you to. Getting rid of the excess just makes your liver work harder and why do that if it doesn't need to. Your multi vitamin should list the RDA % on the lable. |
