Good article. Good points. I can a lot of our veggies. We don't have the garden space that we once had but there is a Farmer's Market close to us and Hubby goes at least once a week to purchase our veggies. I even make my own ketchup and pickles. I am going to order this book. Thanks, James, for the info.

This is a very good article and it brings to light some very practicle material that we should all be doing. I know not everyone can afford to buy organic or to buy from a fresh market because of their location but if they can I fully support the idea of eating this way. I will be buying this book and applying what I can to my families dietary practice.

The article on foods- really is five star. I want to read the book.
Its says what I have been told all my life. My grandmother
didn't allow food in her house that didn't come from her farm
or a farmers market. The exception was bananas. Those we
were allowed to bring from town.
