Personally, I do not care for cranberries. I have tried them about every way. They are ok in muffins, but then you are adding a carb. They just are too bitter for me.

I mix the juice w/ diet 7-up when I have a UTI but that is the only time I drink it and that is the only way I can drink it.

Something else I enjoy about Thanksgiving. The dried cranberries are really good in salads with a few nuts. I don't have a good diabetic recipe for cranberry dishes. A goal for this year!
