Bad time of the year for good choices in carbs. The holiday tables abound with both good and bad carbs. So it's particularly important NOT to say, oh I'll make up for it tomorrow and eat everything! But it is sensible to make the other 2 meals that day slightly smaller, so you approach the holiday meal with a couple of extra carbs in hand.
