I have received anodyne therapy as both a physical therapy patient and now at home. I have 2 units of my own. Medicare does not, any longer, pay anything for reimbursement to the facility giving the treatments, or if you buy your own machine. I do my treatments about every other day, and have continued improvement of my balance. I was falling almost weekly. I've fallen I think once in the past year. And that was something stupid I did! I continue medications for the PN, but anodyne has become an integral part of my treatment
