Qualitest Pharmaceuticals is voluntarily recalling 250 million Accusure insulin syringes, saying the products' needles could detach from the syringes. The syringes have been distributed nationwide since 2002. The company has been notified of only four complaints about the products, but they say that consumers who are using Accusure syringes should stop using them and contact the company at 1 (800) 444-4011 for more information.
