Thank you for sharing. I know I do not walk fast enough. I do best in a pool. I am waiting for the city pool to open for the summer. I hope there are adult hours.

Thanks for that info. After the dr. gives me the o.k.(recovering from spinal fusion surgery)we are taking up walking. Thank you!

Thats exactly right and that is my goal to reach. I just got a hairline FX in my good foot. I am still going to walk but I am not sure it will be that much. I do wear my pedometer but the steps are so limited. I will be back on my walker but I will maintain by walking as much as I can…Debe
