Add your commentI've used and am using Stevia and a friend of mine told me about Xyitol she said you can find it in health food stores but haven't found it yet. She has ADHD and has to stay away from alot of processed foods so she has to be careful too

aspartame aka a small amount of embalming fluid, go webmd.com and you will see what I am talking about all of them have it aspartame,I should know my diabetic nurse warned last year and I ended up in the hospital with aspartame poisoning
WATER To replace soda Flavored creamer once in the morning is not going to hurt you, unless your sugar is not under control, I also drink Perrier and Pelegrino water also
If I use an artificial sweetner is Ginger
I refuse to get aspertine poisoning these sweetner's look them up and u will see why

I never get tired of reading these articles concerning sugar subtitutes. After all, things change with new ones coming to market and new info published about the old ones.
