Add your commentThis is a diet that I have followed since I was diagnosed. I truely feel much better when I strickly follow the no to low carb, fish, chicken or pork and green vegs and fruit diet.
Unless you use oily nuts, you should not have too much of a problem. Watch the protein count though. I too like this diet. I have been trying to incorporate the very tenents of it into my cooking. This is also a diet I could follow.
