The nice thing about my daughter (Dx'd 2 yrs ago with Type 1) is that now the family KNOWS what she can eat and not eat. Christmas Eve is usually snack type foods. So this year there was pepperoni and cheese for my daughter to snack on as well so she didn't feel left out!

Amy,

This was great timing for the holidays for me to go by. We did Christmas Eve at our house. I did a variety of low fat, or low carb appetizers and food choices. I also made sure everyone went home with care packages (the leftovers) so they went all here looking me in the face the next morning or week.(LOL)…Debe
