Does anyone know of an insulin pen that delivers units accurate in incriments of 0.5 (one-half) units?

I did some searching for you and found a few Insulin pens that dose in 0.5 units.

Here is my list: Huma Pen Luxura Hd by Lilly, BD mini pen by BD, The following are Jet injectors that deliver in 0.5 units: Advanta Jet by Activa, Medi-jector EZ by medi-ject corp, Vita jet 3 by Bioject corp and the new Novo Pen Echo.

Thanks for searching. I am currently using the Luxura HD by Lilly, and I love it for the most part, but it is just huge and awkwardly heavy. That is the only thing. Thanks for the response!

None that I know of but you never know
when I was on shots I used the dispoable pens they worked well

Thanks for the response. From my experiences, disposable pens are great too. I started off using the QuikPen by Lilly, and I love it, and still occasionally use them if the situation calls for me to use one, but I found out that other pens had the capability of delivering insulin at increments of one-half units. Thanks once again for the response.

Things chaige very fast in this day and time after looking online there are a lot that can do .5 ut cool
