I know that when I was getting my blood sugars under control that my body wasn't use to regualar blood glucose levels and I would get the shakes and feel bad. I noticed that as I started keeping the in the range that it started getting better and now only happens when I either go high or low. mostly when I go low. I think the reason is that your body is used to being high and so you get the shakes as they level aout because your body is not used to it. It will get better as you get them under control. I hope that helps.

As far as i know, if my bs is high for a while my body got use to it, so it thinks it is the "normal" level. And when it's goes down to a normal level it feels i getting a "low" bs level and i experience the same symptoms like i have around a low 40's. I hope it helps.
