Today my neighbor passed away. She had pancreatitus. I did CPR until the EMT arrived but she was already gone. GOD BLESS HER! She was only 50. Sometimes things are just not fare, but we have to be strong. Thank You for listening, and each and everyone of you take care of yourselves and have a good night.

WOW! Jumping in and doing CPR. I am impressed and proud to know you. May God comfort you in your hour of need and remember your neighbor for the wonderful things she said and did. I know the angels have brought her safely home.

London you did all you could do to help your neighbor. Your a good person and sometimes no matter how hard you try things happen. Im sure she's in a much better place, but gone too soon. Take care of yourself too, cause it's only 1 you, and we all need you here too.(your friends here at diabetic connect)

Birdy,
You are such a sweet, loving, and caring person. It is good to see someone on here from Turkey, so far away, and it seems you are right here. I worked for several years with a doctor from Turkey; we were very good friends. I really loved him. He is gone now, however, and I miss him.
Hugs to you, Sue T.

Dear Sue ,
You can't imagine how I'm happy&happy with your wonderful words making me feel that you are just here with me. It's amazing that you worked with a Turkish doctor for many years…World is really much smaller than we think :) It's almost 15.00 pm here in Istanbul and I'm cooking a Zucchini meal .( the most friendly vegetable of all diabetics.)You are invited for dinner my friend :)
All the best wishes from a far country…

God be with you at this time. I will pray for you and her family. You did what you could do. God just wanted her to come home that's all. Things will get better, and God will bless you for your efforts. My prayers and thoughts are with you at this time.

It has been a sad day for you. You did your best but you are right, sometimes life is just plain unfair at times.
