Thank you everyone. Your caring support is so special to me. I am greatful for each and everyone of you. You all can do it too. Keep adjusting your diet taking less of those favorite things like carbs and sweets and eat healthier each day and it will eventually show up on your a1c too.

I just found out my a1c went from 6.6 to 5.8 in one month w/ glucophage. This med has helped me a lot. I am so excited. Now if I could just get rid of the bloat!
