Perhaps this is unique to me but the first symptom of low sugar I notice is ringing ears. That usually starts around a reading of 70 and if I pay attention, I have time to do something before I reach a dangerous low. |

(Symptoms noticed within minutes 2 hours)
***What 2 watch 4:
* cold sweats, faintness, dizziness
* headache
* pounding of heart, trembling, nervousness
* blurred vision
* hunger
* inability 2 awaken
* grouchiness
*personality change
***What should U/some1 do?
* Take 2-3 B-D glucose tablets, liquids or foods containing sugar (e.g. orange juice or regular soda pop)
* check blood sugar level
* don Not give insulin
* do not give anything by mouth if unconscious
* if unconscious, give Glucagon according 2 package directions
* call doctor
***Causes:
* 2 much insulin
* Not enough food
* unusual amount of exercise
* delayed meal
I do hope this will help every1 2 noticed the warning signs of low blood sugar levels in their bodies. I have found this 2 B very informative when this has happened 2 me. My In-Home-Aide has thanked me many times 4 having this posted on my frigerator. :)
