Hi, everyone its been two weeks, and I finally got my a1c reading from the lab. Good news had a 5.1 a1c. makes me happy, that I have been doing the right things . Alan

Thank you Hinboyz3,I am very happy and I plan on stay that way. I do want to keep all my body parts that came with me when I was born. I know that in order to keep up my bs number low I just might live longer for my grand children.

I eat a lot of fish,chicken,turkey,salads,vegs. and portion size control. A lot of low carb meals low fat salad dressings. hope this helps alan
