What should reading be 3 hours after meal?

For somebody without diabetes around the 70s-80s mark. Not a bad goal to aim for if you have diabetes either.

yeah, not a bad goal either. My doctors says to keep it below 180 2 hours after a meal. If its higher than that, then either too much food or not enough meds.
I would guess at 3 hours, it would be on its way down so I would guess 140 or lower and try for 130 as I want to stay between 80-130 as an average.

your readings will depend on what you have had to eat. but the rule is to keep you bs between 80 an 160. they say that after 3 hours you should be around 140. to go below 80 in some people they start to feel light headed or just not feel good. hope this helps you.
