Yes, chronically. I see a spine and wellness center, who give me many different ways of treating it—not just with meds, but with spinal blocks, PT,exercise, and so on. I have a herniated disc in my thoracic spine, and a bulging disc with stenosis in my lumbar spine. At home I try to go with heat, first. What kinds of pain do you have? They get treated a bit differently.
