I have had high counts of protein in my urine I am using Whey Protein as meal replacement and stablization. How much is two much protein for your body to process

It would seem that if you have large amounts of protein in your urine then what you are eating is too much for you. Do you have kidney disease or kidney failure?

no failure or disease I am on blood pressure meds to protect it though

Side note do not post while on a surgar spike
I was on my way to developing Ketosis (count was really high I fear from that incident it could happen again like my body leans in that direction
