I have about 40 pounds here I'll give you for free! LOL! In all seriousness I was wondering if maybe your blood sugar levels were to high. I know if my sugar runs high I will loose weight. I would probably be a great person to tell you how to put on weight because I do it so well. :) But I don't think my regimen is the healthiest one, I just eat too much. But I am trying to do better. I hope that you find the answers your looking for here. There are a lot of knowledgeable people on this site. |

One thing you could try is increasing your calorie intake of 250 calories for a few days and see if that makes a difference. Adding a small handful of nuts as a snack usually is good or more avocado to a salad if you like avocado. |

My husband works out and I also had a problem with a huge weight loss to where I looked unhealthly. He goes to GNC in the mall a lot and was told that I could take these shakes that would help with weight gain. Thy have different flavors like strawberry, chocolate, bananas. If you go to a health store they could help you out. Also make sure that it is okay with your doctor. |
I have lost a lot of weight, infact I am underweight in comparison to my height. Is there is a programme for putting on weight, I am Type 2 Diabetes
