Hi everyone, I'm new to exercise and starting today! I have type 2 Diabetes and have been on Januvia and watching my diet. Also, quit smoking over 2 months ago after smoking for 26 years. Does anyone have any info on being new to exercise, or if smoking raised sugar levels? Any info or support would be appreciated!
