are your sugar lvls ok? High BS can and may cause weight loss with out effort to loose weight.
If you are loosing that fast, is it because you are trying to loose?
Could some of that be different clothes worn while being weighted?
Water loss?
Good luck.

I understood that you meant 10 lbs in 2 weeks. That is alot of weight to loose in 2 weeks. But then again, Im a big person, I know have have manipulated weight loss to show more loss then was actuall. Like, wearing heavy clothing to weight in, then next weigh in, wearing lighter clothing to show some loss when there really hasnt been any. Water loss is another big weight loss if that is happening. But a pound to 2 pounds a week should be your goal. its a nice slow pace that is acheivable by most. Dont think of it as a diet (not eating) but as a life style change to a better diet of food (eating).
Good luck.

way to go keep up the good work. five a week is not a bad thing. it will slow down once you get close to your normal weight.
