That's wonderful! I've thought about trying that myself. The main problem I the majority of the cooking for my household and have to think about my sister and husband.... either they'd have to go on the plan with me or one of them would have to prepare the meals... |

Sorry to say - been there done that. I am thrilled for your weight lose but be super careful when you go off program - once the portion control is not there for you it is very, very easy to go back to your old eating habits and gain all the weight back. I hope you have success loosing more and are more successful than I was at keeping it off!

Way to go. If you want to put that into perspective, pick up anything you know that weighs 20 pounds. That is what you were carrying around with you all day.

That is wonderful, I never seem to stick to those diets. I lost 22 lbs in 3 months. I cut down on the carbs I ate for breakfast, I now eat wheat crackers with peanut butter and a half grapefruit. I eat raw vegetables for lunch and a normal dinner. My blood sugar has leveled off and i lost the weight. I don't have any snacks in my house at all. They aren't there so I cant eat them. Works for me. |
I started the Nutrisystem program 08/26/09 and I have lost 20 lbs so far
