I never was told to plan ahead for when I am sick to help control my numbers better. Maybe if one of my Doctors had told me that years ago I would not have had to take shots when I did after Surgery back in 2003. |

IS THAT THE BOOK U GAVE ME TO READ AND GIVE TO CAROOL. I FOUND A LOT OF INFO IN THERE THAT I DIDNT KNOW IT IS VERY HELPFUL

I got this book from Shastadiabetic I would love to see everyone read it. He has so much information I was never given by my Doctors or my Caregivers as I was growing up and since. I hope this book helps others as it has me.
