Sometimes we tend to fall back into old habits with our eating when we think we are in control. I noticed that I was adding little"extras" to my diet and my numbers started to creep up. Got back on the straight and narrow, and everything is back under control again.

I have been controlling my diabetes with diet and exercise ever since I was first diagnosed a few years ago. No diabetic meds. My a1c has been going up steadily and I do not understand why my doc won't do something. My numbers have been high w/ every check since I saw her a couple of weeks ago. Even my morning before bkfast is high. I am seeing my doc this Wed. and hopefully she will do the a1c she left out at my recent check up. Well, I have rambled long enough. I hope someone has some ideas.
