Who do I listen to? My Endo? My regular Doc or my Ortho?

I don't know what to do. I have read a few books, and I am realizeing that diabetes is a nasty thing that affects just about every system in your body…and everything you eat, do, and feel affects your numbers. I have three doctors (so far) for my high blood pressure & general health, diabetes, and degenertive arthritus. (Please forgive the poor spelling!) Everytime I see them I bring a current list of meds with dosage and name of the Doc that perscribed them. But it seems like there is always some sort of conflict. My regular Doc likes how I am doing on my BP meds, but my Endo wants to increase my dosage…the stuff I'm taking for my knee can affect BP and the side-effects for everything leaves me running to the bathroom after every meal. UGH. All three of my Doc's know one another and seem to respect each other…but I feel like a monkey in the middle! I try to be pro-active in all my treatments and my A1C's are great after only a year of diagnoses, but the pain from the arthritis and now the nuropthy in my toes can keep me up at night and from enjoying my daughters' activities…and I am only 46! I'm looking for some advice…I want Quality and Quanity of life.
