I agree with what has been already said. We need numbers and then can be of more help to you. Also who told you you are pre-diabetic? This site is very helpful and will support you to the hilt but we need to know where ground zero is.

we found out yestersday that my 11 year old nephew is pre- diabetes. the doctor looked under his arms and said that the brown streaks was the first sign of pre- diabetes. he weighs around 187lbs. his dad was a diabetic, his grandmother on his father's side, his grandfather on his mother's side. he is suppose to have blood work done in the morning. |

i may be prediabetic my sugar is high in the daytime and at night its normal
