we found out yestersday that my 11 year old nephew is pre- diabetes. the doctor looked under his arms and said that the brown streaks was the first sign of pre- diabetes. he weighs around 187lbs. his dad was a diabetic, his grandmother on his father's side, his grandfather on his mother's side. he is suppose to have blood work done in the morning.

I agree with what has been already said. We need numbers and then can be of more help to you. Also who told you you are pre-diabetic? This site is very helpful and will support you to the hilt but we need to know where ground zero is.
