Yes try different kinds of herbs. Also try Mrs. Dash they make several different varieties.

No help from me, I don't cook a lot, but with uclerative colitis, I cannot digest onions and peppers. Try that one!!!! I can tolerate onion powder or onion salt, so maybe those will help. My husband is finally beginning to understand foods can be an issue for some people. Good luck. S2

I agree with anonymous, try different herbs in your meals, my wife has diverticulosis also and herbs dont bother her diverticulosis and some really mild onions, small amount of onions, also might try mild pepper rings.Good luck

I would recommend trying different peppers (white, black, green, red) and fresh basil, fresh thyme, fresh oregano and of course, fresh garlic… Bon Appetit!!!!
