I was told to play mind games like puzzles and cross words, things that work your mind. I like to play mahjong on the computer. Cara |

Oh my gosh, I certainly have the same thing! It can be so frustrating and embarassing because I will forget names of people I know etc. and think of it later. It seems more like I forget the recent things but can remember the past. |
I have been diabetic since 2006. As time goes on, I feel like it is becoming harder to remember things. I realized this most particularly when I was working (laid off since March). Important info that used to come to me readily seemed to just slip thru my mind. Any suggestions on how to retain/regain what I have lost? Does anyone else have this issue?
