Hey everyone!! This is my first time here. My name is Kat and I was diagnosed with type 2 
in July. I have struggled on my own with diet, a regular exercise program, and general education of diabetes. I am looking forward to lots of help here. I have to call tomorrow and set up a meeting with a counselor. Thanks. <><
