Hi and welcome. Your diet seems to be the problem. Too many carbs. Here is a website that will explain about Type 2 and give you a lot of good information.

well i have type 2.i am on no meds.i keep to a diet of bran flakes in morning.around 11 a piece of fruit.lunch time sandwich of tukey.dinner fish tuna.all the food i eat is wholemeal.my reading are 7.6 in morning.in the middle of day 8.6 but when i eat it goes up sometimes 15.1.then goes back down by evening to 8.1.

Your diet is the problem, it's definitely not going to work without meds. Basically everything you listed other than the meat/fish is carbohydrate and carbohydrate is what raises blood sugar. Wholemeal doesn't make any real difference in blood sugar, it's pretty much the same as any other type of bread.
You will have to start cutting down on the carb and adding in more fat and protein if you want to try and stay off meds.

Certainly, a visit to your doctor is a good place to start.
In the mean time, share with us a little more about your treatment plan.Are you type 1 or type 2? Are you taking any medications? Using insulin?
What kind of diet do you try to stick to?
With a little more information, we can provide a little more meaningful advice.
