i am baaaaaaaaack for a day or so hope all are as well as can be today i am doing fine ia have lost 30 lb sence july slow like the dr wanted but doing just grate with every thing but haveing to worke out of town .last weak i did 83 hr glad to come home and be with my wife.hope all have a happy holaday season and if motel has a better pc i mite even get to say high befor end of year lots of love

Great to hear Roger! That's quite an accomplishment! Now all that needs done is to keep it off. That's where I have the problem. The weight I lost gets lonely and FINDS ME! LoL!

Well, the day wasn't "nice" as my wife was tired and sleeping all day. [She's having congestive heart failure which really tires her out] She missed "Day of Remembrance" put on by the Hospice people at Kaiser. She lost her mother to lymphoma last Nov 24, and she was so looking forward to attending the event. So I went in her place and participated. Not a happy day, but it was a good day to remember Onallee and the life she had, and the children she raised, one of which is my loving wife.

I don't know about the blue BRACELET but you might want to read Amy Tenderich's blog article [from Diabetesmine] on "Why the Blue Circle?" under the News and Articles tab on the left side.
In the blog and responses to her blog there are mentions of a blue circle pin. Maybe John C would know about the bracelet.
