Byetta

I was on Byetta but my new doc doesn't feel it was doing any good. Wants to put me on insulin. Any comments?

    Ive never used the lizard spit before. My Mother in law does. Two totally different meds. If you doctor thinks you need to try Insulin, try it, see how it works for you. Remember, byetta is not insulin and is not a replacement for insulin. Good luck, Keep us posted.

    I have never used Byetta but I have been put on insulin the last six months. It isn't nearly as scary or hard as I thought it would be. Did you ask your doctor what the reason why he doesn't like Byetta?
