Doctor's visit

Thursday I had my appointment with my doctor. The week before I had some blood work done and I got the results from my doctor.
My A1C was at 6.8. My doctor was pleased with that, but I was hoping it would be lower. My bs levels have been in a good range also. My cholesterol was really good. It was down 100 points, back to normal range, and both the dr. and I were very pleased. My toenail that I have been having problems with healing after being stubbed is not completly healed yet, but has come a long way and the dr was very pleased with that. She stated it shouldn't be much longer before my nail is completely back to normal. The new nail is growing in quite nicely and most of the bruising is gone.
The one bad news is that my B12 was very, very, very low. Around 130, a couple hundred points below where it's suppose to be. I am now on a regiman of B12 shots until my points come back up. My BP was really good, and has stayed that way for sometime 125/82
Well, that's my update. Hope I didn't bore you to death!!! LOL

Well this sounds like a good visit overall so congrads for that! I used to take the B-12 shots also last year. Matter of fact I should be tested again, the new doctor dunno of my past problem with it. But you will feel SO much better once they kick in, believe me!! Sorry you are feeling so tired now, I know how ya feel! Good luck hun! Hugs! Sheila
