Well my endo finally put me on u500 and I am running it through my pump. I am using 1.5 an hour. So far it is working pretty good. I might have to go up to 2 an hour but that is still pretty good. Does anyone have any experience with it?

bucky August 31, 2009 at 9:43 am0 Likesim going on the pump and u500 probably next week when i get my new pump. how much of a differece is it from the reg. stuff i was told u500 is some pretty wicked stuff?

2catty August 31, 2009 at 9:50 pm0 LikesYes it is not ordinary by far. It is 5 times stronger than the normal kind. Be careful on and make sure you always have a sugar source on hand until you know you have it under control. I am on 2 units an hour now and I take glucovance 3 times a day also. Well so far I am doing good with it. It is keeping my sugars to normal levels and I only use the normal amount I should use. Now I only change my cartridge every 3 days like I should.
