As some of you may have noticed I have not been on line much this summer. The kids have kept me busy plus we went on an almost 3 week adventure. We put 2400 + miles on my car driving from North Carolina to Louisiana then Florida and back home! We had many adventures and a lot of stories!!!!

The one thing I failed at was diabetes control. It was my first summer/adventure with diabetes and I failed. But, the list of food/drinks I had ……. May have been worth a little last hoo-rah! I am back home now, getting ready for back to school and back on the program.

Know my HBA1C will not be 5.8 when I go to the Dr. at the end of the month and I have gained weight but today is a new day and I am searching for motivation!

Welcome back. Its a new day, Yesterday is gone and cannot be relived over again.

SInce you are back, sit down and write down what kind of meals you ate. What could you have done better.
What could you have brought with you to help you more?

Next trip, bring out that list and have a once over. It might help you on your next trip.

Glad you had fun.

Your life is ahead of you.

Have I told you that you look marvolous in that outfit?

Welcome back.
