Good evening all!! Getting on-line late today. Had to go get bood work done. I'll get results back next week. Had A1C and folic acid, and B12, plus some others. Will let you know the results. B12 and folic acid are tests for my neuropathy.

hi all still up trying to switch back to days from 10 -12hr shifts at night. did get my butt to the gym today did 30min on tred mill longest time yet then for or five other stations hopeing it mite make me sleep tonight hope all are as well as can be tonight

Hi everyone; hope all is well with everybody. I've been at the hospital doing pre-op for surgery scheduled for Monday. Has anyone ever heard of Barretts Esophagus It's a pre cancerous condition from yrs of gurd & reflux to the point your stomach lining begins to grow into your esophogus. Anyway this surgery is supposed to take care of all of this & I will never have to take anything for reflux again.

HI EVERYONE, i don't get on my computer alot but if anyone knows a good doctor that can help get my sugar in better shape that can discuss with me online let me know. My a1c is not real good right now. Its an 8. I have tried eating the right thing but nothing seems to work. So I need alittle help with it.

I. literally, spent 10 minutes head first in the dryer(yes it was off!!) trying to unhook the bra strap from the little holes in the vent in the back of the dryer!LOL I suppose the logical thing to do would be to hook them up BEFORE washing & drying the thing, and of course unhooking before putting it on, and hooking up again. But... I probably won't.

Good afternoon all. Hope you are having a good day. Got my car up and going!! Received another B12 shot this morning. Found out that what I had over the week end was a virus going around. Still a little queazy, but the nurse said it should be over by the end of the week. This virus runs anywhere from 4 to 7 days, and mine started last Friday afternoon. Hope that is the end of it!!! |

I am having an excellent day so far. Last night my BS before dinner was 94 and 2 hours after was 120. This morning my wake up was 133 (Which is low for me I run higher in the morning than any other time of day).

Good morning all. Late getting on this morning. Had to go to dr's office for another B12 shot. Go again tomorrow and that will end my first series of 7. After that I will go once a week for a month, the once every 2 weeks for a month, then once a month until my B12 numbers come back up. Don't know how long that will take. Hope everyone has a good day!!!! And everyone BEHAVES!!!! LOL |

Hi all. Well got the house cleaned. Boy all wood floors nice but alot to clean as for Tony he id doing fine had to reconstruct his face but he will be fine as for me well I have been bad and off my diet feel like well you know guess I need to be on track again.

Pat Roth replied August 30, 2009 12:27 PM Yow, me too! We ate out at a grilled lunch yesterday and the flies were sickening!!! LOTS and LOTS I threw the rest of my hamburger away as I couldn't get it in my mouth before the flies took over! Hugs, Pat roth

salmanda replied August 30, 2009 4:33 PM LOL Mary. I also hate flies..which reminds me I have to bring a fly swatter to work tomorrow. This time of year they come inside to get warm, and they are a pain in the neck! I am a teacher, and my little students make such a big deal of the flies that it magnifies the problem tenfold. Beautiful day here in Maine. Too bad I am in cleaning. At least I am getting it done! Have a good day everyone. :-)
Pat Roth replied August 31, 2009 12:49 AM I can just imagine little kids and FLIES!! ooohhh--ha--I was so thirsty one time when I was 8 yrs.---we had to haul all of our water and of course I wanted a drink and there was NO water!!! I can still remember how much I whined!! Ha--We wrapped milk in a wet towel and put it it in a north window, the milk was gone, but mom managed to ring out the towel for a few drops of precious water---I can still remember that "towel taste!" but at least it was wet! Really, poor mom, I appreciate her more and more every day! Pat Roth |
